Cant get birth control, not having sex but still a little nervous!?

my boyfriend and i arent having sex (the most weve done is fingering) but i am still nervous of pregnancy. he always washes his hands well but is there anything else we can do to stay safe? i cannot go on birth control because if my parents found out i went behind them and got it they may not trust me once the doctor asked if i was on it or they found it or something... but im not going to ask them for it! yikes... it would be a bad conversation they're very conservative.
