Spider bites? Piercingg! Answer please!!!?

Ok so ihad one lip piercing on my right side but it got infected and let it close , then igot it again and it hurted so badd and ilet it close againn ! And now iwant spider bites , should iget it on the left side or the right side ? And if iget it on the right side is there a possible chance if that same hole gets infected again or should ijust wait and then get it on the right sidee ? Ialso don't want it on the left side cuz ppl are going to think I'm lesbian or something (imaa teen ) so pleasee help and what do yu think!?
