If i got 3 points as a learner would iget banned?

You're a learner, you shouldn't be in the car alone, your instructor (or friend / parent) should be slapped for letting you get three points. You won't get banned though as you get 6 points on a new license. I think that, as a learner, the offence might count against the qualified driver with you, but I'm not sure about that.
