All my parents do is fight?

All my parents do is fight. iget upset about it and i talk to them and tell them that it upsets me and all they do is blame eachother for making me upset and it makes it worse. they always fight more around dark time like 1 in the morning so i have no where to go and i write in a notebook and i turn my headphones up all theway and i can still hear them screaming over thmusic
