Cat Urine Odor,How Do iGet Rid Of It?

okayy i know this is really really gross,but i just moved into this new place,i had my curtains folded up in a corner and i discovered today as i was putting them up that my cat peed all over them,i have them set up and the windows open hoping that might help,but is there any advice to get rid of the stench??They are NOT machine washable.
