Culturally&religiously speakiing: why?

im shyy.(:'...in public not really in myfamily. I'm a girl of 17. I have this problem ...its to do with my tone of voice. I sound like a average shyish loudish person when spoken to someone familar with me outside and inside. Whenever iget angry..and shout or imagine shouting..i always sound like a average boy who's growing up...y'know how their voice breaks? Yeahh..thats how it sounds but in anger &force. Its pretty disturbing for my type of personality and quite shocking! Why do i? I want to sound&imagine me feminine but i cant help it. Help. Whats your advice? And what do you think caused it???
