Help! how do iget my youtube page noticed?

hello i just created a youtube page and was wondering if anyone knows some great ways to get noticed i have two vids up already and they rae Black Ops gameplay and are quite good IMO one is a 85-14 DOM and another one is 19-4 SND with an ACE
