What good guird dog should iget please read info?

for the past year or so i wanted a good guard dog that is friendly but aslo in attack mode when only needed not a big guard dog like labrador or german shep or rottwieler doberman ect. i wase thnking something like american bully american stafforshire staffordshire bull terrier thai ridgback any more sugestions.
