Why does my computer block ebillme?

Some of you people are crazy. You will risk getting your computer infected, You will risk putting CC info on a questionable site, You will risk getting all your money taken from you for a guitar you probably will not get. Some how that just doesn't make good sense to me. Your computer is trying to tell you something. "THERE IS YOUR SIGN!!"
